Location is perfect, just a short walk to the falls and the golf course nearby. Elevators were outdated and slow. Staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean, but we had issues with the AC. Worth checking out if you want convenient access to attractions.

Location is very convenient for walking tours, just a couple blocks from the falls. Parking fees are excessive and the walls are thin, making it hard to sleep with noise from neighbors.

Convenient location near the falls and golf course. Clean rooms but found dead bugs on the window sill every morning. Staff were friendly. Limited parking and additional fees were unexpected.

Convenient location, but significant issues overshadow the positives. The room was supposed to be clean—yet I found remnants from previous guests. Shared doors to adjacent rooms created a lack of privacy, and the chaotic atmosphere caused by unruly guests kept me awake. Staff seemed oblivious to complaints, failing to address noise disturbances. The advertised amenities were misleading; the restaurant closed, and elevators sluggish. I expected more for my payment, especially with additional parking fees. Water pressure was nonexistent when we needed it most. A clear need for a thorough renovation and a review of customer service protocols. Potential here, but serious improvements are essential.

The location is super close to the major attractions, making it easy for families to explore. Onsite amenities like a mini store and coffee shop make it convenient for quick snacks on the go.
It wasn't the most budget-friendly option, but it still felt acceptable for what we got.

The Wyndham Garden offers impressive rooms with breathtaking views of the Canadian skyline. The spacious suite was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a nice refrigerator and cozy fireplaces. Staff provided excellent service, ensuring our visit was enjoyable and memorable, making it an ideal choice for Niagara Falls.

Just a short and easy walk to the breathtaking Niagara Falls and the Rainbow Bridge makes this hotel an ideal spot for anyone who loves to stroll around and soak in the beauty of the area, plus the charming nearby attractions like the Aquarium of Niagara and the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino offer plenty of fun ways to spend your time, while the rooms are nice and comfy with fridge and microwave available, although it could definitely use a deeper clean to improve the overall experience.

I had a blast exploring the vibrant indoor swimming pool! Watching the fireworks right from my room was unforgettable. Every fun activity was just a short walk away!
100% recommend! ❤️🎉

You can walk to major attractions without breaking a sweat. The front desk staff is polite and helpful, which is a nice change from the usual hotel experience.
The cleanliness could definitely use some TLC.

The room was clean, but definitely dated. Features like numerous holes in the walls and rust-stained ceiling tiles were disappointing. The king bed was average in comfort, and temperature control was fine. The highlighted Jacuzzi was problematic, with a broken drain cap that wouldn’t stay on. While the view of the Canadian skyline was nice, it was mostly blocked, and the helicopters outside created constant noise. Corridors smelled unpleasant, and we faced a lot of disruption from noisy neighbors. An extra charge for parking added to the frustrations, but some staff were friendly.

Just a fitting option for a weekend trip in Niagara Falls with good price value. Clean and close to attractions.

The room was terrible—noisy from the bar below and an awful view of the kitchen vents. Plus, the staff was rude and unhelpful when I called for basic things like towels.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the falls. But the room was a letdown—dirty, dated, with broken features like the spa tub and a cracked window. Staff seemed apathetic, and parking was a hassle, with overcharges and limited space. A few friendly staff members stood out, but overall, it felt poorly managed. There’s potential here, but it seems lost amidst maintenance failures and a lack of genuine hospitality.

there were a few things that didn't quite meet our expectations. The room we stayed in had a foul smell when we first entered, like something was rotting. It was really off-putting and made our initial impression quite negative. the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. The shower had brown stains along the bottom, and we even found a large clump of hair in the toilet, which was just gross. the staff was friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The view from the 8th floor was also pretty nice. One major inconvenience was the parking situation. Not only were we charged for parking, but there were limited spots available, making it a nightmare to find a place to park when we returned to the hotel at night. This was definitely a downside for us. if you're looking for a convenient location and friendly staff, Wyndham Garden may be worth considering.

I enjoyed exploring the downtown area, especially the hilarious bartender. The 24/7 market saved me from starvation. The indoor pool was a lifesaver when the restaurant was closed. Sarcasm: Nothing like dirty windows and relying on DoorDash for food, just fabulous.

Great suite experience on the East side of the building with a superb view of the river and the Canadian side. The modern amenities, including electric curtains and ambient lighting, exceeded expectations. Perfect location near the falls and fantastic dining options.
Room cleanliness could be improved, found some leftover spots from previous guests. Elevators and sliding doors in the suite were difficult to use.

The proximity to the falls is great! Also, the staff were friendly. The mattress was comfy! Location score: 9.8, Distance to Falls: 0.6 miles.
When a power outage hit, it was chaos! They were not ready - no flashlights, no water.

The boat tour on Maid of the Mist was insane, got us SOAKED! Then hitting up the waterparks, casinos, and cool spots in Canada was lit! Best vacay with my squad!
Wish there was a happening nightclub nearby for us young party animals to keep the fun going all night! .

Our family had an unforgettable experience at the majestic Niagara Falls, where we embarked on boat tours with Maid of the Mist, surrounded by breathtaking views and roaring cascades, creating lasting memories together.
My wife says that the hotel should offer more kid-friendly activities.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location was fantastic, with a short 15-minute walk to the events and a perfect view of the fireworks from our room. The staff was polite and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel and restaurant were clean, comfortable, and convenient, with a great Starbucks on site. we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.
Our relaxation plans were thwarted by the presence of numerous kids, possibly hockey players, who made the pool area and hallways noisy and crowded. The room temperature was uncomfortably cold due to drafts from the windows.
